Toddler Talk Tuesday {Late Birthday Edition}

Linking up with Rock a Bow Toddler Talk Tuesday   you should do it too!

I feel so embarrassed to even bring up my daughter's birthday to subject after two weeks!... oh well!
I been really busy crocheting my fingers away and preparing for what will be my very first handmade market The Threadery!!! Oh don't worry I'll be talking more about that in another post for now I just really really wanted to share with you all the fun we had on Lauren's 2nd birthday!

We decided to go with the Jessie Cowgirl  Theme for her party, because she loves Toy Story and loves loves Jessie the Cowgirl.

Before I continue I want to give a big thank you to our friend Steven from SM Pro Photography  for the STUNNING pics he took at Lauren's birthday! Please stop by and show him some <3

Isn't she just adorable?!

Every year on her birthday I have a special tradition, I custom make her outfit! It just makes me feel so good to create something for her on such a special day :)

For decorations I crochet a banner matching Lauren's outfit colors yellow, blue and red and put it around a tree where we will be opening presents. I found a place that rents hay bales for only $3 or so and so we got a couple to decorate the same area :)
Also my friend Kristen from Rock-A-Bow let me use some horses she had from her daughter's 1st birthday party to match the cowgirl decor {thank you <3}

The cake was absolutely delicious and I got it from a local bakery {a little pricey but well wroth it!} I'm not a baker booo... maybe some day  I'll dare to share the disaster I made trying to bake a big cup cake for that day :(  The only thing I made was the little decorations or toppers for the cake that {in my opinion} turned out ok haha!

Lauren had a blast with the family and she was so happy to have her little best friend Rhiannon with her on her birthday!

We were blessed with a beautiful day, perfect weather and great moments with close friends and family that love our baby girl just as much as we do!

Woody and Lauren :)

Opening presents but who's more excited mommy or Lauren? lol!

Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for my pony!

And of course the piñata!

Our baby girl turned 2 years old in a blink of an eye! It still feels like yesterday when I held her in my arms for the very first time... sniff...sniff...

       Mommy and Daddy  love you sweet Lauren <3
